Account Management
- Act as a day to day resource in the area of benefits
- Act as a liaison as necessary between our clients and their insurance provider
- Provide technical information as required
- Assist with developing and reviewing benefit objectives
- Review booklets, contracts and amendments
- Assist with special claim settlement problems
