Connie joined Burke & Company Limited in February of 2011.  She brings 14 years of industry experience in benefits consulting having worked for a leading Canadian owned human resource and administrative solutions consulting firm and after internally managing the Canadian benefits program for one of Canada’s largest retail and food processing companies.

Connie has assisted a variety of clients ranging in size in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience managing employee benefits programs, including plan redesigns, financial and renewal reviews, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, disability management, wellness initiatives, facilitating employee education seminars, contract reviews and overall plan administration. Connie focuses on delivering cost-effective and creative benefit solutions for her clients by providing superior overall client relationship management.
